Shania Twain

On August 28, 1965, Windsor, Ontario a girl named Eilleen Edwards was born. Her parents separated when she was two, and so Eilleen moved to the mining town of Timmins, Ontario, with her older sister Jill and her mother Sharon. Three years later her mother married Jerry Twain, an Ojibwa logger. Eillen loved music from the start. When she was three years old she was in a diner, singing along with the jukebox. Someone asked if she could sing louder. When Eileen Twain grew up she adopted the stage name: Shania. Shania Twain married a man named Robert John “Mut” Lange , one of the most successful producers in the world. They met in 1993 in Nashville, fell in love and married that December in Huntsville.
